The WAW-1000D 1000 kN universal testing machine is designed for tensile, compression, and bending tests on metal and applicable non-metal materials. Supplied by Laizhou Jincheng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., it combines a lower-cylinder hydraulic frame, digital PC controller, sensors, extensometer, and test software into a practical platform for material inspection, quality control, laboratory research, and engineering education.
Controls test force, piston displacement, and specimen deformation through the electro-hydraulic servo system. Constant force, displacement, and strain-rate methods support controlled loading for applicable test procedures.
The software displays force, displacement, deformation, loading rate, and test curves in real time. Curves and data can be stored or exported in ASCII format for review, traceability, and further analysis.
With 1000 kN maximum test force, hydraulic gripping, 650 mm tensile space, and 600 mm compression space, the system accommodates many bar, plate, round, and rebar test specimens within its specified fixture range.
The WAW-1000D uses a column-type, lower-cylinder main frame with a load-adaptive hydraulic power unit and servo-valve flow control. Separation of power and measurement-control circuits helps reduce electrical interference, while overload, over-setpoint, power-loss, travel-limit, and emergency-stop functions support routine laboratory operation. For metal tensile tests, the software can calculate applicable parameters including Fm, Rel, Reh, Rp, Rt, Agt, Z, A, and Rm; results depend on the selected method, sensor configuration, and test conditions.
